Sub Corral provides an intensive eight-week training program for each franchisee and up to two (2) designated management employees. The training program includes in-depth, one-on-one instruction with a certified trainer in one of our training shops. Upon successful completion of the Field Training Instruction, the trainer will demonstrate proficiency in the areas of sandwich making, counter service, food preparation, food ordering and running the entire operation.
