Mark Laramie our CEO has 20 + years of experience growing and expanding major brands. Mark has served as the President of Papa Murphy's Intl, the COO of Quiznos Sub and the Group Vice President of Little Ceasers. He has also been a franchisee, so he understands the challenges our owner operators face daily.
Mark is a versatile leader skilled at implementing operational efficiencies and reducing cost while overseeing everything from store operations to brand management and marketing.
With Mark's guidance we are building yet another world class brand.
Kevin Sloane our President is one of the original founders of the Smiling Moose Deli and is an experienced entrepreneur with 21 years of restaurant management experience. He is an outstanding operator with a passion for the business. His enthusiasm for The Smiling Moose Deli is infectious.
Stephanie Mehta our Vice President of Business Services has over 20 years of experience with Taco Bell, McDonalds and Papa Murphy's. She will be guiding our new franchisees through their training and start up. In addition to being a world class trainer and systems expert, she is also a nutritionist and has a masters degree in Human resources. Obviously, she brings a lot to the table.

Smiling Moose Deli has a seasoned staff of Professionals, dedicated to the support of our Franchise Owners. Our staff includes: VP of Business Services, Director of Franchise Operations, Director of Development, Training Managers, Real Estate Consultants, Mapping Software, Professional Accounting Services, and more. All of these people and resources are available to you as you develop and open your deli. We are never more than a phone call away.
Our food and equipment prices are passed along to our stores with no mark-up from the home office. As we grow we may be able to negotiate supplier rebates, due to our economy of scale. Any funds we receive will benefit the stores either in the form of a contribution to the brand development fund or a direct reduction in the cost of goods.
We want our franchisees to be strong successful business owners. To many times we have seen a lack of common goals between franchisors and franchisees. We believe that our goals should be the same.
Therefore our franchise stores and company stores pay the same price for all the goods and services. When the stores do well, we do well also. If they struggle, we feel it immediately. We believe it is an honest and forthright approach to franchising, which is missing in too many brands.
