Minimum Experience Qualifications
If your state requires a license to clean HVAC systems and ductwork, you must have the necessary license. You must also have EPA certification, and either one year of verifiable hands-on installation or service experience, or a Certificate of Completion in HVAC education from a technical school. At least one person with these qualifications must come for the initial franchise training.
Minimum Financial Qualifications
To be considered for a DUCTBUSTERS® franchise you should have liquid assets of at least $35,000 and at least $15,000 dollars for marketing. We are looking for individuals who are committed and conscientious. Our franchisees must have the ability and desire to learn and follow a franchise format. Our business requires individuals with strong interpersonal skills who can manage and motivate their employees and expand their customer base.
